The Chinese company Hollеy Group intends to create an industrial technopark in Tashkent.

Today, the capital khokimiyat hosted the meeting of the acting governor of the town of Jahongir Artykhodjayev with the representatives of the production company HOLLEY GROUP led by the company`s president Chen Weidong.

The parties discussed the issue of creating an industrial technopark Holly Tashkent. The Chinese company intends to direct investments in the amount of US$200 million to this project.

In the new industrial zone, HOLLEY GROUP plans to attract large Chinese companies in the textile industry, pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, which will create 10,000 new jobs.

Representatives of HOLLEY GROUP noted that they plan to create an industrial zone in the territory of Binokor Bektemir district. In this territory will be created social infrastructure facilities, logistics center, as well as office buildings, which will promote cooperation between manufacturers.

It is expected that the enterprises of the industrial zone will export products in the amount of US$1.5-2 billion per year.
