A project for the production of pigment paints worth $28 million has been implemented in Uzbekistan
The government commission visited the ZHONGTIAN SILICON CHEMICAL enterprise, where a project to organize the production of pigment paints worth 28 million US dollars is being implemented.
The project, launched in 2025 and financed by foreign direct investment, occupies 3.6 hectares, its design capacity is 10 thousand tons of products per year, while creating 130 new jobs.
During the visit, the management of the enterprise identified two key issues that needed to be resolved: the execution of a contract for a land plot acquired through an auction, and the relocation of a high-voltage power line passing through the territory of the plant.
The government commission instructed the relevant departments to work through these issues in a working manner, emphasizing that the timely resolution of land and infrastructure aspects directly affects the possibility of expanding production capacity, the safety and sustainability of the project.
Support for such initiatives is considered one of the priorities of state policy to attract foreign direct investment and develop industrial cooperation.
